At Fox Creek Farm, we are passionate about providing exceptional horseback riding lessons, training, and boarding to our community. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff are dedicated to ensuring that each and every horse and rider reach their full potential in a professional, safe, yet fun environment.

About Us
Fox Creek Farm, was founded by Southern California Champion rider Lucy Stewart.
​
Lucy has been involved in horseback riding since she was a child. She reached the pinnacle of her sport and along the way won many titles and honors.
Lucy's love for horses caused her to begin Fox Creek Farm so she could help others who have the same passion for horses achieve their horseback riding dreams.

At Fox Creek Farm we emphasize the welfare, safety, and enjoyment of our riders and horses. We provide a professional environment of the highest order, where you can train to achieve your full potential, in a family setting.
Everyone at Fox Creek Farm is a part of the family and we invite you to come and join our family.
Lesson Program
Our horse riding lessons are tailored to riders of all levels, from beginners to advanced riders. Our experienced instructors provide personalized instruction to help riders improve their technique, confidence, and enjoyment of horse riding.

Our lesson program is designed to bring riders along from their first lesson to learning how to jump and excel into our leasing program. Beginner lessons focus on learning to walk, trot, and canter. This crucial time is when riders learn the proper base position that will serve them for the rest of their riding careers.
When a rider is ready to learn more advanced skills and learn to jump, we ensure before advancing that riders have the following skill sets: solid leg position and strength, knowledge of correct diagonals and leads, proper position in all three gaits.
Lessons will then start focusing on proper position of the legs, hands, and upper body while jumping.

Leasing Program
Our leasing program gives riders the opportunity to take their riding to the next level. Riders will be paired with an appropriate horse that they will be able to bond with as their own and experience that partnership and achieve their riding goals.

We have two leasing options available, either half lease and full lease. The difference being that with the half lease there is another lessor paired with the horse and the horse may not always be available to go to shows. With the full lease the horse is exclusively yours and available for shows and clinics as required by yourself.​​​

· 3 lessons per week
· care of the horse
· training of the horse on non lesson days
· turn out

· stall cleaning twice a day

Boarding
At Fox Creek Farm we offer personalized care for your horse. When you are not there we care.
